Current tenants and prospective tenants can use the secure online shop

To make payment for the following types of charge:

• Deposit and initial rent charge
• Utility bills, if they are charged by the University
• Other miscellaneous charges or fees, if applicable
• To clear existing arrears

Please click the pay here button to make a payment related to your tenancy. When you are prompted for a reference or invoice number, please use either your unique property reference or the relevant property address.

Setting up a Standing Order for rent payment

When you have moved into your property you will be required to set up a Standing Order for rent payment.
